The local craft artists featured in the PMA store have a strong connection to the Portland Museum of Art. Just like many of the artists in our collection, these craft artists have close ties to the region, the craft, and the shared mission of art for all.
Each piece showcased in the store is carefully selected and considered as an extension of our culture and community. These artists epitomize excellence in their craft, much like the artwork displayed on the museum walls. They bring a unique perspective and creativity to their work, making it a true reflection of our surroundings and the vibrant artistic community in Portland.
By supporting these local craft artists, the PMA store not only extends the museum's commitment to showcasing diverse art forms but also contributes to the growth and sustainability of the regional artistic ecosystem. Purchasing their pieces allows visitors to take home a tangible representation of the museum's values, while also supporting the local artistic community.

Want to be a PMA store vendor? Fill out the form below to get started!
Maine is brimming with artists and creators and we can only accept a handful of new vendors every year. To be considered, be sure to include your business name, your city and state, a link to your social media, your website, and your wholesale catalog if applicable. We do not offer consignment relationships at this time. We are unable to to carry two-dimensional fine art, meaning the work that we carry must be functional. The PMA Store is not a gallery. Please consider this when inquiring.
Thank you!
