The PMA Store offers In-Store pickup!
Please read the following steps on how to pickup your order from the PMA Store:
- At checkout, select “Pick Up” as your Delivery Method.
- You will receive a confirmation email receipt immediately after you complete your purchase.
- You will receive a second email after we have prepared your order and it is ready for pick up.
- Once you have received a ready for pickup notification, we kindly request that you plan to pick up your order within a week.
Special notes:
- Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be ready for pick up.
- Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday will not be available for pick up until Wednesday.
- Once orders are ready for pick up, they can be picked up during the following times:
Hours of operation:
Wednesday - Sunday: 11am to 5pm
- When you are ready to pick up your order, please arrive at the museum and bring your order confirmation.
- Please come in the front entrance of our building at 7 Congress St. to pick up your order.
- Once you arrive, the front door attendant will direct you to the PMA store to pick-up your order.
